As Kansas City has secured its reputation as a regional tech hub and innovative community, the desire to remodel a portion of City Hall’s third floor to reflect a more modern aesthetic was a natural decision. Spaces, Inc. had the privilege of redesigning aspects of the building to achieve flexible workspaces which facilitate learning, creativity and collaboration.

The remodel included the third floor conference room, kitchen with an island and relocated an existing office to the other side of the floor.
